Allergy Roller Recipes

This is one of the first rollers I ever made when I started using oils, and still one that I always have 2-3 of on hand and at the ready.

Those days when your eyes are puffy and itchy, you can’t stop sneezing, and your sniffling like a sad puppy- this is going to be your best friend!

Apply by rolling it under your eyes, along your sinuses. Give it 10-20 minutes before you start to notice, ” Hey, Im comfortable!!! ”

There are few versions, but the original is still my favorite with the peppermint addition being a close runner up.

The original:

  • 15 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 15 drops Lavender essential oil

The Peppermint variety:

  • 10 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 10 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops peppermint essential oil.

For your Frank Lovers:

  • 10 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 10 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops peppermint
  • 5 drops frankincense

For added chest/respiratory support:

  • 10 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 10 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops Raven or RC
  • 5 drops frankincense

Fill the rest of a 10ml glass roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil or other carrier oil and fill the relief.

You can also use all the same essential oils in the diffuser for allergy support. Wether you’re sitting down to work next to your diffuser, or just want to have it running to help clear the air it makes a great additional line of support to the roller. Most diffusers will need about 10 drops total of oils. However, you can adjust according to preference. The aria, or larger diffusers may need more.

Essential oils for seasonal allergy support:
